The movie Endgame, is a movie about the Global Elites plan to reduce the world population and Zeitgeist talks about the ultimate goal of putting a microchip in everyone.  Once this is done all money, records, life history etc. would be on one microchip and one central database.  If you don't do what the New World Order wants you to do, your microchip will be shut off, and you will have no money, existence, and connection to resources.  Why would the ruling elite or the not so secret government want to reduce population?  They have realized that humanity in it's present course is unsustainable and cannot go on this way.  They think we don't have time to reverse course, and that a smaller population is easier to control.   They realize if they don't reduce the population soon we will all die including them!
